Monx is redefining global accountancy with next-generation services. As a fast-growing corporate services, accounting, and tax advisory firm, we have a strong presence in the UK, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, and Europe. We are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our expanding Corporate Team in London.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with the Account Manager to support day-to-day operations, including:

• Managing a full range of incorporation and business support services for clients.
• Building and maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Coordinating and fulfilling client requests in collaboration with team members.
• Ensuring client assignments are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Communicating with clients regularly via in-person meetings, video calls, emails, or phone.
• Assisting with ad-hoc client management projects.

Requirements

• A university degree (minimum equivalent to a Bachelor’s) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience or internships in a similar role are highly advantageous.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to tasks.
• Strong teamwork skills with a collaborative attitude.
• Polished interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation concepts (advantageous).
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin, or German) is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and with external stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
